I had a whole new replacement in an older home, a/c, handler, ductwork etc. J&W showed up when they said and on time. I know it was a real pain in the butt doing the work in restricted access. No complaints from installers, in fact I think the liked being challenged by this old house. I would recommend J&W to all that need A/C work. But, upon reading some of these posts, be careful when you see alot of 1 stars and then 5 stars. Might be a competitor.
