Overcharge for the simplest matters. Do not return phone calls and when they do they act sooooooo annoyed.

They do not know what their clients needs are and do not seem to care. They have one way of doing things and if you do not like it too bad. In addition they are so incompetent about immigration law that actually it takes them about a week to a month to answer a simple question. Not only that but also they act like they know everything and their clients should bow down to them and treat them like gods. I would have fired them a long time ago if I was paying them. Luckily for them my sponsor company is working with them and paying them, which is unfortunate for me, because I am stuck with them.
