I bought a car from them in 1995. It was a Buick LeSabre in good condition, with 100,000 miles on it. I had gone to every other dealer (or just about, anyway) on Van Buren in that area, and there are quite a few of them. ALL other dealers wanted MUCH more money per month in monthly payments.
Jalops Jungle's terms were $500 down, $200 more in 2 weeks, $200 more the next 2 weeks after that. Then you settled in to $240 per month payments. The total length of the terms was 2 years. No interest, and no problems. I paid the car off, was late a few times and they were understanding - without making threats of coming and geting the car in the middle of the night.
I have no qualms with them - but they are like any other buy-here pay-here place: if the car is a conker, you're stuck with it. Just make sure you check the car out and it's a good one before you buy! I've had mine for going on 3 years now - I have had only a few mechanical
