I live out of town and wanted to send my niece flowers for her birthday. I went to Jan Dell's web site and loved the photo of Jane's favorite. I paid extra to increase the flowers. The photo on the web site shows 3 roses and 5 lilies on one side. My niece sent a photo of her arrangement and she had no roses and 3 lilies. I trusted Jan Dell's to duplicate and then improve upon the web site photo. Very disappointing. I emailed them a week ago and have never heard back. I will not do business with them again.
