Wow!:
“We had a positive experience from start to finish. We first went to the Jan fencing show room and spoke to the salesperson to decide what fence we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, even with my two small children running around the store like wilder beasts. He scheduled an estimate for us the following week. The estimator was punctual, professional and helpful. We received three more quotes and decided to go with Jan fencing due to their size, professionalism, and commitment to quality product. When my husband signed the contract he was told that the fence would be installed on 11/11/13. My husband called to confirm the Saturday before and was told that the fencing had not come in yet. My husband explained to them that due to previous commitments the fence must be installed prior to Monday 11/18/13. We were assured that the fencing would be in on Friday and they would work all weekend if needed to install the fence. We were told that the crew would be there between 8:30 and 10:00 am on Saturday 11/16/13. They arrived at 8:15 am, and the crew consisted of four men, led by Santiago. I cannot say enough about Santiago and the crew. They worked tirelessly, were so diligent, respectful, and professional and communicated with us every step of the way to make sure that all our wishes and concerns were addressed. I felt that they were treating this fence as if it was their own. When they were finished, the fence was beyond anything I could have hoped for. They then went over maintenance with us, tried out the keys to the doors and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend this fencing company to anyone.”

Great Fence, Ugly Install:
I love the fence, but since they didn't manufacture it I can't give them credit. They are friendly and professional, but the installation made a very expensive fence look terrible. We requested that all the panels get shortened a bit across the back of a narrow back yard, but the foreman convinced my husband that one 2' panel next to four 8' panels would be less noticeable than five 7.5' panels... easier to install yes, less of an eyesore no.
