Do not buy from jarons:
Jarons Furniture sells the lowest quality furniture, hence the cheap price tag. I purchased a bedroom set, which I thought was safe because it was from Ashleys, turns out it was a poor decision. I should have spent a few hundred more at Raymour and Flanigan and I would be happy today. With less than 1 year, two posts on my bed had cracks, one rail and both nightstands. I reported in on 2/3/10 which was within my warranty. The first service visit they show up with 2 new posts that are damaged! They inspect my nightstands and say they need to order replacements and have to replace my rail. So I waited 4 hours for them do do nothing! Next service visit they show up with 2 more posts, a rail and NO NIGHTSTANDS! Oh and guess what, the 2 post were damaged again! So now they wanted to schedule a third visit. By the way the guys who showed up at my house smelled beyond belief of whatever it was they were smoking before pulling up to my house. Just want you want, some grungy guys putting their dirty hands all over your $4000 mattress! Did I mention the mess the left for me to clean up, like 10,000 little tiny silicon balls from the boxes they opened. That only took me an hour to vacuum up. THANKS JARONS! So I dont hear from them, they call, I ask to inspect the post before the come so not to waist another day, they never call back. I forget about it for a month or two, finally call them and now guess what, the have two posts, they don't know if they are good enough, no nightstands because they claim I reported it after my warranty despite a printed work order from them dated before my warranty expired. So because their service guys never added it, I'm stuck with two nightstands that have cracks in them. Great! Again awesome job Jarons, you really know how to treat customers and rectify customer complaints. Oh by the way, Sam or whatever her name is that answers the phone at the Bordentown store is a real joy to speak with. So now I asked them again to inspect the posts before the schedule and appointment so that I don't have to waiste another day waiting for these idiots to show up with broken parts.
DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR, SPEND A LITTLE EXTRA, BUY FROM ANY OTHER STORE LIKE RAYMOUR & FLANIGAN OR BOBS DISCOUNT FURNITURE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have furniture from both and have had not a single problem with quality or service. You get what you pay for.

Great buys:
I purchased a living room, bedding and a bedroom from there and got it delivered right away and I love it. I'll be going back to get more when I get my income tax!

Buyer beware don't buy here!!:
DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM JARONS FURNITURE. In October 2008, I ordered bedroom & kitchen furniture. We were told delivery would be in 3 to 8 weeks. 4 weeks later, I called to see if we would have the furniture by Thanksgiving. Their response: No, but it will be on the Friday (11/28/08) truck so you can have it delivered early next week. Great. Not. And, we did not get a call letting us know it was not happening. We didn't call again until 12/7. Not in yet, but it would be on the truck that weekend. Did not happen and again, No call. 12/19, I call again. Where is my furniture? It’s on the next truck. Yeah, uh huh. The next truck was Christmas Eve. “We will call you for delivery on 12/29.” Never happened. Now over 8 weeks. The manager never returned our calls. Hubby & I went to the store. No manager on duty, but “we promise he will call you as soon as he is in.” The manager finally calls. “I’m so sorry, {blah blah} we’re going to take $300 off your order. Sorry for.. {blah blah}. I am going to personally check to see if the order is on the next truck. I will call you myself regardless.” He never called back. Repeated calls, no responses, and no furniture. 1/5/09 (10 1/2 weeks later) my husband went to the store and demanded a refund. “No, we can’t do that. You have to talk to the manager.” “Oh, you mean the one that is never there and that never returns phone calls?” Yes. 1/7/09 WOW! Someone called!! “Is there anything we can do to keep your business?” NO. We want our money back. “Okay, Im sorry {blah blah}. We will process that return for you.” Never happened. After numerous calls to their store, I finally called the credit card company to dispute the charges. I was told since Jaron’s had promised a refund on 1/7/09, I had to wait 30 days before they would do anything. Since then Jaron’s has put up liquidation signs everywhere. Going out of business? I called the credit card company today, it will take up to 60 days for this to be resolved. Maybe. Don't buy from here!!
