Java Cabana

The mood at Java Cabana is set by the décor of local and regional art on display and for sale, in addition to weekly performances by local artists. Expect to find light sandwiches, a jumpin' java from Seattle's Best and a local roaster.

Located just down from the corner of Cooper and Young streets, this 1950s retro coffeehouse has occasional poetry readings and live acoustic music, singer-songwriters, and open-mic nights. Although you can't get alcohol here, you can indulge in all manner of coffees -- and enjoy a smoke-free environment.
