This place is just awesome had 1000 shirt order for our company christmass party. They were all different colors, sizes and half of them had names embroidered as well as our company logo. The order was just perfect and the price was unbeatable.

My wife and I just opened a Restaurant in Orlando Florida. We found Jax Embroidery online and we were able to have shirts ready in less than one week. At our grand opening we had our entire staff looking great in this shirts. And the best part of it, is the fact that we didnt have to pay any additional money for the rush service we received.

This company promised a custom embroidery order by a certain date, claiming it would be no problem. After hearing nothing for a couple weeks, I reconfirmed the date - again no problem. Then 3 days before ship they contacted me and said it would be my fault if the shipment was late because I had selected ground shipping. If I wanted the order I had to pay an extra 70 dollars for overnight. They refused to pay it, even when I forwarded e-mails that included the selection of ground shipping and their promises that this would be fine. I decided to pay it and get the order, and when it arrived the stitching was in the wrong color, and there was a small typo. In summary, they screwed up everything. Never, under any circumstances, buy anything from this company!
