We are extremely happy with the support and service JDtech provided to us. Three of our windows servers failed due to a power failure that affected the whole building. they turned around what seemed to have been a business disaster, they transferred data from the old server to a temporary location and had the office operational within hours. Their advice, guidance, and technical strategy is what we needed from the to ovoid such issues from affecting production. We are glad jdtech is managing the technology for our two locations.

We had some servers issues in the office, contacted some IT companies in the area and they wanted to do this complex unnecessary solutions, one of them even wanted us to get two new servers.. JDTech's quote was reasonable and their expertise unmatched. They found the root cause of the problem and it had nothing to do servers.. it was some router issue.. highly recommend them..
