This branch of Jefferson is what is wrong with the American health care system. They are a nightmare to deal with. 2 weeks after calling and calling for a simple prescription, I was finally acknowledged by the ON CALL doctor that they couldn't help me. I had been going to them for years and couldn't believe that their office could be so unprofessional. Dr. Langner is dismissive and sarcastic. The office is never open or available to take your calls or questions. This place is not worth the hassle. Your health should be a priority, and you don't get that here. Keep looking!
