Local Bernardvsille Resident - convenient place but that's about it:
I went in here with a groupon and asked for Swedish massage. Entire time the masseuse spent time discussing package deals and trying to get me to sign up for longer massage and buy pkg deals. The massage was not that great and I was not comfortable with her talking in her accent almost the entire time. Thought that the massage experience was supposed to revovle around customer and what customer wants. Sometimes I don't walk to talk at all.
Anyway, after leaving and presenting my groupon, I was pressured heavily to buy another gift card at same groupon price. I came back against my better judgment and got a facial but I wasn't too comfortable with it. She started putting all kinds of clothes on my face and said she was going to put on masque. I have always gotten masques right on my skin. She covered my entire face and was going to cut around my nose. I had to ask her to take it off and she did, then continued with giving me collagen mask. Of course, the entire time talking up all their facials and asking me to upgrade to biolift. Don't go!

Disgusting Spa Day:
I was given a Groupon to this spa for a present. When I arrived the women were very unfriendly - did not have a warm welcome at all! While I was getting my Swedish massage the woman asked me THREE times to upgrade the massage! Seriously? I was trying to relax and unwind - so I was annoyed to say the least. The facial was horrible!! I had to keep asking her what products she was putting on my face and she got annoyed at me for asking? Plus she said "I don't know" to one of the products!Seriously? What if I was allergic? The facial left my skin red and irritated. The worst part was when I was leaving - they tried to sell me a few packages and I said NO three times and started to leave. They became irritable and asked me for taxes? Tax on a groupon? Never before? Isn't this illegal? This spa should be closed down for its unethical practices and its very poor and unprofessional way they treat clients!

Horrible experience:
Went for a massage for my sore back and not only did it make my back worse, but also the staff were all terribly RUDE. I walked in on the staff harassing my daughter in the waiting room to buy a large package of massages for me. When she refused, the woman actually screamed at her and told her she is not taking care of me and so forth. They made our experience both uncomfortable and upsetting because they were so out of line. If you ever dare to go, be prepared for the staff to try to intimidate and torment you into spending more money.

Zero stars! Do not use_shaddy business!!!:
AVOID THIS SHADDY BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!!!
I was told over the phone that a Swedish massage is $40/hr. Once I was there and describing my pain, I was told if I want any pressure it would cost another $10 because "Swedish is light." Here is one of the many definitions that can be found on the web, all describing Swedish massage as apply pressure: "The term "Swedish Massage" refers to a variety of techniques specifically designed to relax muscles by applying pressure to them against deeper muscles and bones, and rubbing in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart. It involves the use of kneading, stroking, friction, tapping, and vibration and may provide relief from stiffness, numbness, pain, constipation, and other health problems."

Afterwards, I was forced to give more of a tip that I wanted to as the woman humiliated me in front of another customer, even pulling out her calculator! She said the price was a special and that I needed to tip on the regular price although I was not told it was a special when I made the appointment! And then, I was taxed on the tip which is against NJ Treasury Division of Taxation:

AVOID THIS SHADDY BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!!!
