worst management ever!!! Customer relations is horrible:
Sadly this place doesnt even have the decency of deserving one star. The most important key point is that the management in this place completely sucks. Really don't understand why we have to pay for a management that is never there when you need it. They promote FALSE ADVERTISEMENT = management and sales team call this place luxury condos; sadly there's NOTHING luxurious about this Jenny Tower. The doors lock on their own, and once you're locked out of the apartment management is nowhere to be found, be ready to be at least 4hrs locked out of your apartment unless you take matter into your own hands and contact your own locksmith, but don't even think you're going to get refund it from management. Some walls are broken, graffiti on some of the walls, and they don't even care about repairing any of these things, which makes you think where all that money WE tenants pay for this poor management goes to. When you try to contact management they also give you attitude, so their customer relations skills are down the drain. Airplanes are constantly passing by and the building doesn't even have the proper design structure to block these sound waves like other condos we've lived in the past. This place makes you feel like you're in the hood. There's not enough security in this building, so you don't feel safe at all considering the area its on. Management is not responsible for cars in the garage which is ok, but they should at least have cameras in ALL garage floors so if something ever happens we can go about solving it. In overall this place would be great if it wasn't for the uneducated retards that manage it, because once things go bad management does NOTHING, and they are also nowhere to be found. You'll noticed as soon as you come in that the place is more than half empty, which I don't blame them because I don't think anyone is stupid enough to stay here after that lease is fulfilled. I believe you're going to pay too much for the c@!%!y management they have, you're better off paying $200-$300 more a month and move to a condo in Gables or Brickell which is real luxury and real/good mannered management. They had the money to build this place, but they're too f***ing stupid to know how to manage it properly, because with unhappy tenants you will never have a successful business.
