Horrible, terrible customer service! Can't even report on the food because we didn't get that far! We had a $15 restaurant.com certificate, and visited last Tuesday at lunchtime with our 5 year old son. After ordering our food we presented our certificate (which never expires) we were told by the counter girl and the girl in the back that they only accepted $5 certificates. They wouldn't even take $5 off of our bill with the $15 certificate. We were told we would have to speak to the owner about it we asked to, but were told that she wouldn't be in until 6 pm the following day. We canceled our order and left, I came back into the store about 5 minutes later to get the owner's name and number to contact her only to hear the girl in the back complaining about a "woman who was complaining that she couldn't use her coupon" to an unidentified man who seemed concerned. Needless to say, we will not return. Worst customer service I have EVER received, and I will certainly let people know!
