I bought 09 Jaguar last month. They said they did full inspection and the car is perfect and it looked fine so I bought the car. But I found a lot of problems on the vehicle after I had an inspection. Tire pressure sensors were not working, brake pads and rotors had problems, rims were bent, glove box was not open and many electric problems were occurring. So I called the dealer for the service and the dealer said he will talk to his manager and call me back. I waited for two weeks but the dealer did not call me back so called Jidd Motors. They said the dealer quit.
Then I called the manager named Mike and spoke about the problems on the vehicle. Mike said “oh, you can’t pay that. Can you fax me inspection report?” so I faxed him the report. I called him to check what is going on and he said he will call me back right away but as usual he did not. Next day, finance manager called me said why didn’t you purchase the extended warranty that he recommended? And Mike and finance manager said they won’t pay or do anything for the car. I wasted my time so much and money as well. I now have to pay $5000 from my pocket. I am telling you people do not ever buy a car from Jidd Motors, they sell carp cars, think customers are stupid and do not even care what you said after you finish your payment.
