Poor customer service, destroyed clothing!:
1. My clothing not labeled and lost.
2. When finally found, my order included a shirt from someone else's order (I wonder if it was ever returned to the owner).
3. The collar buttons were ripped off leaving unrepairable holes in the shirts.
4. The owner will not return my calls or respond to my complaints.
5. The staff is unapologetic and offers no explaination.
