terrible at best:
Terrible customer service. lack of knowledge from employees. and outrageously high pricing. not to mention they don't take returns. what a joke. the employee that I bought parts from gave me the wrong parts several different times. I wanted to buy a "cobra" air cleaner for my mustang and on fordracing.com it was 94.95 and at jim greens they wanted 138.95 plus whatever shipping and handling charges there would be. its outrageous the prices that they charge. I could understand paying $20 more for a part if the customer service was average or better yet their customer service is p@!s poor. their employees treat you like you are stupid and they are all-knowing in every subject yet as i said before they give you the wrong part. i went in there to look at a part and the employee helping me said that ford racing makes a similar item to the original cobra air cleaner but you need a different air filter because the original factory air cleaner is longer than the new ford racing item which is clearly not true. he said that the ford racing one is shorter and that the air filter he sold me wouldn't work on it. wrong yet again. the worst part about their business is that they don't give refunds. you can either exchange a part or get an in-store credit which is pointless because you will pay almost 1.5 times the price at jim greens that you will anywhere else... even from a ford dealership. its really quite ridiculous because it seems that all "car guys" out there are just trying to take advantage of you and try to cheat you out of your hard-earned money which is the bottom line here with jim greens. i would not go back to them if i didn't have an in-store credit to use. take your business and hard-earned money elsewhere.
