I'm trying to eat healthier, and it's actually a bit of a challenge to find lighter food here. The healthiest item I found was the grilled "catch of the day" which is basically either grilled salmon or mahi mahi over vegetables and rice. The fish was slightly overcooked but still ok, but the vegetables and rice were quite heavy with butter and/or oil. On the plus side the service was efficient and if you stay at a Univeral resort they give you a 15% off coupon which helps keep the meal reasonable. The environment is loud, Jimmy Buffet songs (of course!) which is great if you like that sort of thing, but it does mean you can't really hear anyone you came with, if that's what you're after. :)
