Great Business:
When I woke up this morning, I had no water. I called Jim's Well Drilling and they came out right away and fixed the problem.

Unsatisfactory service:
When we got to our cabin (inJanuary) the water wasn’t working. One of Jim's Well Drilling crews came out and determined that the pump was frozen due the the pump heater not working. We got another extension cord for the heater and they said that it should be fine in a couple of hours.
Later in the day still no water. I opened a tap in the cabin and went back down to the pump and water was coming out of the bottom of the pump. I inspected the pump and found a large crack in the bottom which could easily be seen had it been thoroughly inspected. I ended up buying a pump and installing it myself.
For the $150 they charge for a visit I’d expect a correct diagnosis of the problem and an estimate of what it would cost to repair.
I will not use this company again and would not recommend them. There are many better options in the area.
