JJC Management & Holdings has been managing my properties for over 3 years now. I didn't have a property manager at first and was attempting to do all of the work myself from Pennsylvania. I was referred to them by a family member as a really good company. I met with a property manager at my home to do a walkthrough, and a few weeks later they had my property rented. They did such a good job that I let them manage my other property that already has a long term tenant in place. I no longer have to worry about the phone calls in the middle of the night or trips down to Virginia.... Thank you so much!!

Contacted JJC to manage my property because they charged 8% of the monthly rent instead of the standard 10% I regret it now. They rented my property to people who left the house trashed, inside and outside. They didn't pay the last two months and left in a hurry. After they left and before I inspected the house I talked to JJC's owner (Fred) asking about the condition of the property, he told me that the house "was OK just needs a little painting here and there" (he didn't think I would inspect it myself because I was living in other state) oh surprise when I got there. A property manager is supposed to inspect your property at least once a year in order to verify the tenant is taking care of your property and not trashing it...there were threes and bushes growing in the back yard that I know for a fact would take more than a year to get that big, so I don't think they ever inspected the property. When I asked about the process to collect the two months that the tenants didn't pay Fred told me that he would take care of that thru the court, nine months later I'm still waiting on his call. I would've taken care of it myself but, as I said before, I don't live in VA.
So, my advice: stay away from this people, better get manager from a recognized firm. I would give them zero stars but the system doesn't let me.
