I have been a long term customer of State Farm Insurance. My agent is Joe Ciraulo, and my custmer contact person is Ms. Susan Klemm. Recently, my home was devastated by an electrical power surge due to an early season snow storm. I lost all my major appliances and many small electrical appliances. My wife and I were amazed to find out that our Power Company could claim they have immunity to all claims for reimbursement. That
