I’m not sure where to start. Joe is a flat out liar. This guy has so many stories. I know about cars. I only took it to him because I’m away from home. He’ll say let me tell you the truth and then fallow that with a story that is so much fiction you just have to step back and roll up your pant cuffs. It was not just stories to me the out of towner he seemed to do it to the customers he has relationships with. The waiting area is a joke also two chairs jammed in the corner. Most of the time I was waiting for something to fall off the soda machine or the plastic shelves and hit me in the head. If there was a real fire it would take me 20 min to tunnel out of that trap and over the parts on the floor. If the EPA ever rolled through there they could never leave the pile of old motors on the side of the building leaking oil into the soil is nice. I like when you ask what all the cars are he says they all belong to customers. There are a lot of customers that have never gotten their cars back. Did they just take the plates and give up on the BS stories that Joe spins. I walked around for fun while waiting and counted 60+ cars with no tags. I’ll be honest; I walked out to the shop and talked to a tech about my car. The tech was top notch. He was the only plus. As long as were in the shop Ill mention that place is a dungeon. Cold dark dirty. There is a shelf of parts in the back that is just amazing. I would not want to be around when that thing hits the ground. The rack of old tire on the wall that hasn’t moved since they started using rubber in tires. Oh on tires the pile of 50 tires stacked so high you can’t see the open sign in front of the building. I feel sorry for anyone who takes your car here. This shop is out of the 70s never updated. The yellowing paper invoices on the counter make sure of that. I’ve worked in shops and see this one could be nice but the owner is the down fall. The lies and piles of c@!p all around the shop and office no parking, the list goes on. I recommend that you find a different shop. Joe is a BS artist. The shop is a dump. Parking is a joke. You’re better off going to a shop like firestone or pep boys. At least then you can complain to a higher up here the complaint department is the same joker that made it that way. I won’t even get gas from this place again. New management, a big dumpster, and a power washer.
