Terrible owner/customer service:
This past weekend a group friends and I planned what was suppose to be a great evening on the party barge celebrating my birthday and another friend of ours. We were scheduled to leave at 6pm but when contacting the owner at 11am we kept getting the run around stating he wasn't available and someone will be in contact. Welllll after hours went by no one heard from him so we called back approximately 4:30 to confirm our trip left a message and the owner called back saying we had to be there at 5pm to leave on the boat but of course since we were scheduled to leave at 6 no one would be prepared to leave at 5. The owner basically said get here for 5 or you're out of luck but yet when we got there he was loading ice and beer on the boat for his friends/other party goers.I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone the owner was soooooooooooooo rude/ignorant thank god for the friends I surround myself with because even though I couldn't get on the party we had a fantastic evening together.

Horrible Owner/ Management:
My group and I booked the party barge months in advance. We phoned several times in quest of the owner/ skipper to touch base before departure at 6pm but to no avail. At approximately 4:30 "Joe" the owner/ skipper finally returned my call stating that we had to be there at 5pm instead because he had another booking. I explained to him that it would be impossible to contact all of my guest to change the schedule time with such notice. He rudely responded, “Well the bottom line is either you get here at 5pm. this evening, wait till I return with my other cruise or cruise tomorrow!" I pleaded, "Sir, I will see what I can do and who I can or cannot reach however, rescheduling at this time is close to impossible and also unfair." Joe then yelled, "Look, we can go for rounds if you like but at the end of the day those are your only options!" Impossible as it was to accomplish I did manage to arrive with at least seven guests (which is the minimum required) at 5pm as demanded by Joe. Upon our arrival he was already adding beer and ice to an on-board ice chest theretofore had no intentions of making good on our contract or his option of cruising at 5pm. It was apparent that he did not think that we would be able to achieve the almost impossible ultimatum. As we approached the barge I began to tell him that we made it at exactly 5pm as requested but was ignored. As he exited the barge where we stood he asked, “Are you guys going to eat or drink at the restaurant?" I responded, maybe later." He requested, "Why don't y'all eat now and have drinks or something and when I return we will see if y'all still want to do something." At this point I asked for a cash refund since I paid him in cash and learned that apparently, he doesn't charge taxes if you paid in cash which I assume is tax fraud. In retrospect, his double-booking rescheduling ultimatums wasn't the most unpleasant issue that day, it was his abrupt, rude almost combative response and the lack of remorse.
