Joe's Equipment - Bad Biz:
Told me 10 days when I called to ask how long it would take to look at and repair my snowblower. After 12 days and no word from anyone at Joe's, I called and was told..."oh yeah...it'll be done tomorrow." Nothing the next day, so I called and was told the same thing..."you should have it tomorrow." Next day...nothing. Went out of town for a week. Called the day I got back...THE SAME THING!!! "It'll be ready tomorrow." Nothing. Not once was I told, "sorry for the delay" "we apologize." Finally got it back and after bringing up the terrible service, etc. was basically told to take a hike. Funny side note...I always had to call them to find out what was going on. Not once did they call me. I withheld the payment when they dropped it off and less than 10 minutes later...Joe called wondering where his money was. Stay Away. Bad News. Bad Business. I don't care how good you fix my blower, mower, etc...have some communication with the paying customer!
