Forced to move from its popular original location by the Transbay Terminal, John Colins got lucky---putting it lightly--with its new space on Minna a block away. Inside the door, there's a huge lounge space, with the bar in the back under soaring ceilings and surrounded by giant ferns and towering La Raza-themed paintings. The usual happy, happy hour crowd is here from 5pm on, as are JC's signature simple, well-priced drinks. So for the many who bemoaned the closure of the original bar, fret not: the new space is bigger and better than the original, and the vibe--and the awesome $1 off...
