My daughters care denied, my money refused:
See what I emailed Mr. Knight and received no response from him on. DO NOT depend on his for sensitivity.
About 6 months ago I called your office 5 times before I finally got someone on the phone regarding my daughter, Morgan Jarvis’s account. Morgan is 9 years old and has had extensive work done to her teeth by Mr. Lovell, a fantastic dentist that she became very comfortable with and attached to. I needed her to see Dr. Lovell again because she was in pain and you refused to see her unless I paid off my balance of 550.00. I offered you posted checks for every month ranging form 50/month to 100/month for the balance and you refused my offer. I had to find another dentist , wait for an appointment, and ended up having to break Morgan’s heart and take her to a new dentist who then referred her to a specialist to get 6 of her teeth pulled. No wonder she was in so much pain!!! Since then you have sent my account to collections despite my faithful payment history of nine months.
