Refuses to Honor National Do Not Call Registry:
This Allstate location refuses to honor the National Do Not Call Registry and will harass you to no end, even when you have had no business with them and really have no idea who they are.
Do not use or give Allstate ANY type of contact information. You will never ever stop bothering you. Then even if you have no contact at all with Allstate, they will still call and email and bother you on the phone. Complete harassment. I have never in my life had Allstate Insurance and if this is how they conduct business, I never will.
This office is unprofessional and doesn't know how to follow the laws of telephone calls in the US, keeps calling my cell phone. I have told them to STOP calling me. They call again. Sometimes they leave messages for me to call them back about their supposedly "great insurance rates in your area", other times they are just hanging up.
I am on the National Do Not Call List, I have made numerous complaints about this office. Next will be the BBB.
I have never heard of this guy, this office, never requested a quote, contacted them (except to say stop calling me), I have absolutely no business with this office or Allstate Insurance whatsoever. I honestly do not even know where Bruce, MI is as I live in Eastpointe. No clue who they are.
This is an insurance company who does not honor the LAWS in this country, such as the National Do Not Call Registry. This is a real list, not a suggestion for the unprofessional scammers at John Quagliotto's office to maybe or maybe not follow. Any company who can't bother to follow laws, who continues to bother and harass you even after you've told them stop contacting you, made official complaints, told them again stop calling my cell phone, made more complaints, who wants to do business with such a DISHONEST company? Scam telemarketers who are blowing up my phone over and over, that's who I'd like to put my trust in if I have a car accident or my roof blows off (which actually just happened).
Unprofessional, not recommended, harassing, bothersome, and uses what may or may not be insurance employees to leave advertising messages, also maybe just call and hang up, this is not acceptable. Making more complaints for these losers. Oh, and they started calling my phone and have been for 4 years! That's how long they have been harassing me. 4 years. I'd never ever buy any product from a company such as this, and I recommend anyone who reads this to follow my lead. Don't support scam artists.
