Towed a car. They told us a repair would fix the car for $800. When it didn't, they called and said that now it would be $4,000. They also told us we were liable for the $800. When I arranged to have the car towed they agreed to a time on a specific day and said we would discuss the cost/payment. But then on that day no manager existed and there was no one who could possibly release the car to the towing company without him -but there was no way for him to be reached. (I confirmed the pick up the day before.) Oh. And the final bill was $900.
