I paid this guy $150 to do a roof inspection and send me a report on his finding for a house that my wife and I were buying. I stressed that we needed a report but after completing the inspection, he sent me several pictures that did not even show the full extent of the damage he told me about and told me that was good enough. Not what I wanted and not what I paid for. Don’t use this guy, I can only imagine that this attitude is reflected in his workmanship as well.
