I ordered a water intake valve:
The girl seemed nice when I paid for the part on Monday. She tells me it would be ready Wednesday. I call to make sure so I can pick it up and she tells me she never said that and said Thurs or Friday. Mind you, my dad was with me and heard her say Wednesday. So she lied, got nasty with me, and said she would call me when it's there. NEVER AGAIN WOULD I DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE! The parts ordering girl argued me down over a $16 part and she was wrong, nasty, and so unprofessional!
Great at sales terrible when you need them!:
Purchased three major appliances from Johnnies after hearing about their reputation and being around forever. All went well taking our money but when crunch time came between the manufacturer and Johnnies with a part they should not have installed, guess who is out of the money, you got it I am! They just lost a customer and any future referral.
