Johnny's Appliance Service & Parts

We bought a stove and microwave from Johnny's. They were helpful and knew the products. Big box stores have there place but we still like family owned shops. Will buy from them again.

Total rip-off! The technician came out for less than 10 minutes. Told me "we can't get parts" and handled me a a bill for $69.00. He made no effort to look up the part. I called Buzz's appliance repair. He came out spent 10 minutes and replaced the part easily. He had it on his truck. He said it was a VERY common part and that any repair facility should have them. When I called back to Johnny's to talk to the technician, he brushed me off completely. No apology, no refund. My only recourse is to let people know how poorly they treated me and to warn others.

DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE.

Price for parts are almost double what it costs anywhere else. They claim this is because they are genuine parts. Sears would have cost me $55 not
$ 85.69 at Johnny's. Not pleasent people either.
