The service was horrible and the work sub-par. The problem with this lie is that he and I did not speak after he spoke to the insurance company regarding our complaint against his company nor did I curse at him as he accused me. The owner/manager and I only spoke once and that was prior to our calling the insurance company and the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. The owner/manager of Johnson Collision at Wakefield was non-caring and so what during our conversation which has now caused our campaign to let others know of his poor customer service and lack of personal integrity.
