This practice is in way over their head. Too many patients and too few providers to help with the care they are striving for. Every appointment I have attended during my pregnancy and post pregnancy was always more than a 2 hour deal. My husband would take time out of his work schedule to be able to attend these appointments with me and we both would be wasting our time and time off. Forget trying to physically talk to someone over the phone with a prescription refill, that is unheard of. I have called at least 5 times a day for the past three days and still have yet to get to speak to someone about getting my medicine. I WILL BE FINDING A NEW DOCTOR!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so thankful that I listened to my gut and went to a new doctor. I have never been to an office to where there are FIVE doctors yet only one of them can look at a sonogram and it takes 2 - 3 business days to have a sonogram looked and to to receive a half fast call back. Heaven forbid you call to find out what is going on, Dr. Jordan will just get nasty with you and hang up the phone on you. Not to mention they ran only 1/2 my blood work, didn't tell me about any side effects from a shot before giving it to me, and then calling me to tell me that my baby is not fully healthy THREE days after I had a sonogram done when I asked questions I was ignored. Oh and lets not forget the lack of hygiene with equipment. I went to another Doctors office and started everything all over even with them having my prior records from this office and it is funny how my NEW doctor sat there and took the time to answer my questions looked over my prior results and took new FULL blood work and their own sonograms and EVERYTHING that I was told prior was 100% false.Let's not forget the joke and waste of time to fill out the Patient Portal so you can have your test results listed on there, something that they NEVER update. I would NEVER recommend anybody to this office!!!
