This place is pretty awesome! Dropped off my vehicle and did everything as requested.

Just waiting in the shop is pretty awesome seeing all the cars come in and out. It is impressive on the type of work they do, and the amount of cars they roll out.

Couldn't speak more highly of them!

They are the most arrogant, sloppy installers this side of the rio grande. They are expensive, pot heads. Installs will always have problems.

We purchased 4 customs rims and Pirelli tires and within 3 months, 2 of our tires were split. I took my truck in to show them, and the said obviously it is a manufacturer defect and it is very dangerous for me to drive around on. They stated that they needed to show their distributer the tires so they could deem it a defect. I only had one spare-don't most people have ONE spare?So Joseph's left the burden on me, the customer who just a few onths prior spent $1500 to deal with this situation, So they put my one spare on and left one of the split tires on my truck for me to drive around with. This was a Saturday, so on the following Monday I had not heard from them and it was 1pm, so I called and they told me it would be a couple of hours before they knew anything, That late afternoon, I was told that since it is "most likely" a manufacturere defect, I can go ahead and put 2 new tires on until they work out the warranty stuff with the manufacturer. BUT GET THIS...I, the customer would need to put up a deposit on these tires until they knew for sure the manufacturere would replace them. They said the deposit was $175..BUT THEY CHARGED OUR CARD TWICE..hey took 4 HOURS to put the 2 new tires on, SCRATHED our custom rim (supposedley getting us a new one) BROKE our tire pressure sensor BUT WAIT IT GETS EVEN BETTER...a few days later I could hear a knocking sound, so I asked my husband to chek it out ALL OF THE LUG NUTS WERE LOOSE, DANGEROUSLY LOOSE...HE COULD WIGGLE THEM AROUND WITH 1 FINGER! When we confronted them, the offered no apology. In fact Cyril or C.J. was so RUDE, he also REFUSED to credit back the $175 we were overcharged. SOME VICE PRESIDENT. Should NEVER have been required to pay any deposit in the first place since this was either defect or MORE LIKELY CAUSED BY INSTALLERS! We are contacting an attorney. HORRIBLE. WHEN they screw you...be sure to complain on Better Business Beareau, since they are members. Go figure?

I was a little torn between this review, and the impressive recommendations from my friends, but I decided to give them a try for myself. I can truly say that these guys know quite a bit more than the other stores I've been to, including the really big chains. They really seem like they are passionate about it, and you can tell by the way they show ed me the projects they were working on and in their photo album. The parking lot first appeared like a car show was going on because they had so many sweet rides out there. I don't know why you had a bad experience there, but I get the impression that they would want to try to get your concerns addressed. Maybe you just talked to the wrong guy.
