This "contractor" has stolen money from myself & one other person to date (that I know of) for work he never even attempted to do. We are pursuing this legally w/ the State of PA & local gov't. The biggest contractor fraud "ring" (Jason Matthews of Bensalem, PA) was just arrested yesterday for scaming over $60,000 out of innocent customers for the past several years. BEWARE!!!! ask for references always & never pay a dime up front. Always confirm a contractor's license and be certain to have more than one phone # for the person you are hiring.
