We received two refurbished computers from JoySystems; worst computers we have ever had! Within the first year I needed to replace the hard drive, three months later the second computer needed a new hard drive... it was not under warranty like the first one was but with some complaining I was able to get it replaced too. Less then two months after the hard drives were replaced, just yesterday, the computer is shut down again and needs a new system board. They are rude and have equipment that lasts for time for the warranty to run out. I would never recommend for anyone, or business, to purchase from this company.

I bought both of my daughters computers and was having issues downloading virus protection... after several phone calls I was told I could send it in.. I asked for a box, but was told that they would just send me a label. Then I got a call asking me why I sent a computer that was all bashed up and broken off the hinges. Clearly I did not send it it.. it was working fine other than it wouldn't download anything! They filled a claim with FedEx, which was denied.. so they are sending me back the computer... I hope to goodness they decide to replace their broken product rather than me having to get a lawyer involved!!
