Jubilee Child Care Ctr-Prschl

This daycare was absolutely horrible. We had to deal with all sorts of racial discrimination and racial favoritism. Our child would come home with scratches, knots, bruises, and dirt caked in his hair and on his face. When questioned he would inform us that certain children in particular were picking on him. He identified children by name. The child that our babymentioned was a behavior problem and I witnessed him in action. The bully in question was was placed in time out several times in five minutes for pushing, shoving, hitting, and ramming into the other children. When we expressed our concerns nothing changed and excuses were made and finally let go. (that's how children play, its natural, its ok for them to get a little dirty...) And yet our child was consistently getting the short end of the stick. For example this same bully shoved our child to the floor and nothing was done. The only reason we can surmise that the other child (the bully) was not let go was because he was white. Our child was treated unfairly and unequitably. Example-Once we witnessed a little southeastern child being picked up by his dad. He looked fairly clean. The teacher rushed up and said oh I know he is dirty let me change his clothes. No other child would go home caked up in dirt like ours. If your child is white I am sure he/she will do fine here. If your child is of African American descent this is NOT the place for you. Do NOT waste your time and money.
