Julia Brown Montessori School

Since 1966, Julia Brown Montessori School has been providing Private Elementary And Secondary Schools from Laurel.

(From a former Laurel Branch Teacher's Assistant) I enjoyed my brief time at the school as a T.A. and it was brief not because I wanted it to be. The Director that I worked with was fantastic. He really cares for all of his students. The management leaves a lot to be desired. The turn over rate of T.A.s is EXTREMELY high. In the 3 months I was there, no less than 2 other T.A.s were fired or quit. The turn over rate is extremely h@!%!*n the students. This I learned from another T.A. who I, against the school's rigid staff policy, became friends with. My friend has since left the school as well.

The students and teachers are amazing and it deeply saddened me to be let go on a Friday afternoon with no warning. It is the management's morals and integrity regarding their staff that I question.
