Jung SuWon is more than a martial art. It is not a sport. True, it includes a physical form, but the teachings of Jung SuWon go far beyond hard martial art forms that are strictly of foot and fist. I like it here :):
I really enjoy the friendly & family feeling I get here. I've been to other schools, and as a female, I felt intimidated at other places. I've lost weight and met great people too. I was very surprised at how the discipline has helped me improve my life.

Do your research:
As a parent I do not recommend Jung SuWon Martial Art Academy. I trained at the school with my son and it was not a traditional martial art. It gave me a very cultic feeling and anyone who is thinking about this school should research Jung SuWon online. There is plenty of information out there that will tell you to keep away.

This is a Great place!:
I've been training here for 18 years and have learned so much that has helped me in my life. We don't simply learn the physical techniques of punching and kicking, we learn mental, emotional and spiritual punches and kicks that enable us to tackle life's challenges with confidence.
Children from 3 years up to adults over 70 years train here. It's a great place for a total body, mind, spirit workout and development.
