Scam - stay away and save your $:
I would absolutely NOT recommend this business. They are very unprofessional, rude and not customer-service oriented. They have no professional method to keep track of the number of massages that are used when an individual buys a 3-pack, which I just learned by experience. I bought a 3-pack, used one massage, showed up on a snowy day and was told they were closed and could not give me the second massage. Funny, I drove to Westlake and bought a massage from another reputable business that didn't seem to need to close for snow. I just went there today and was informed that I was using the last of my 3-pack today, and that the additional courtesy massage i was offered due to their snow-closing was non-existent. The therapist (Ursula) told me she was refusing to give me my 2nd massage today, I asked for a refund for the 2 remaining, but they only offer "store" credit. Save your money, your time and your frustration - go to reputable massage establishment - not this one!!! After reading the reviews on this site and others, Ursula is named as the owner. She was the person I was dealing with today and she (Ursula) kept referring to "the owner said," and "the owner checked your file on how many massages you have used" - I was speaking directly to the Owner she was nothing but ATTITUDE!!!! I had issues with scheduling, I could never speak directly with a real person, and then this! There are too many other skilled massage therapists to deal with this treatment. So, yes, I am out the money for the last two massages and even if I was offered six free massages (which I would never get from them anyway) I would not step foot back in there again. Read the reviews - buyer beware!!!!
