Worst Concrete Company Ever:
Worst company ever. The woman who answered the phone (probably the owner) is an S.O.B. I have
never seen such poor people relations then ever. Her customer service skills were ill mannered. They had an appointment set with me and never called to tell me they were late. They never showed up. She states her company has been around for 20 years and feels I am not worth their effort. Have they become arrogant as a company? I believe so. Quite frankly I recommend anyone reading this to not hire them. They obviously don't care about the customer. It was obvious she wanted me to kiss her a@s in order for her to work for me. Wow! What a reverse attitude for a business.
