K & N will rip you off:
My dog chewed up some wires on a harness by the engine in a brand new diesel pusher with 2,000 miles on it..
K&N advertised a mobile service i lived about 4 miles from the double wide dirt road shop that they share with another business whom they dont have a good relationship with.. so i went to them and they convinced me that it would be easier and cheaper to fix at his shop and since i had AAA it wouldnt cost anything for the tow....thats when the 2 year nightmare began. the quote was $2,500 to fix the wires that my dog chewed on and after 3 months and excuse after excuse i gave them $1500 for material (wire harness) and 3 more months of them ordering the wrong harness and other excuses they finally admited that they couldnt find the problem and i needed a special diagnostic of the electrical system and they needed to call in a tech for that it will cost me $250 to pay him directly...so i did as they insisted and the guy that supposedly came out wasnt able to find the problem... I talked with the dealer whom i bought the rig from and explained my over 1 year nightmare with K&N and they recomend i tow it to them to fix... K&N (kieth ) refused to release the rig so i can have it towed to the dealer to get the wiring fixed so it will run...K&N now wanted storage fees for having it there when they couldnt fix it and i paid them already $1750 for nothing....after another year of calling the better buisness bureau and california bureau of automotive repairs... K&N caused me to default on my rig and destroy my credit...they blocked all attempts to let the repossesion company pick up the unit and tried to put a lien for frivilous charges of storage and repairs. they stole the Onan Generator and tvs ect. when the repo company finally got it.

don't ever take your RV here:
I took my RV there for repairs through my insurance company. They quoted me 2 weeks to have my vehicle back. 3 months later, they informed me that I owed them over $1,000 aftert I had already paid my deductable. They performed repairs that were not authorized by me or my insurance company. My 32" lcd tv was also missing. They said it wasn't there when I dropped it off. The tv was mounted with epoxy, it has to be removed by taking apart the stand. I contacted a lawyer and he said my only option was to pay them, and then have to take them to court and sue them. Their business is on a dirt lot that they share with a trucking company. So if you don't mind having a filthy RV that takes 10X as long to get repaired, and anything they feel like taking go missing, then this is the place for you.
