Geared toward those on the go, this midtown eatery puts a unique spin on every New Yorker’s favorite fast food. Instead of by-the-slice, pizza is served in a crispy baked cone made of fresh dough and lined with mozzarella and pesto or tomato sauce. Each cone is then filled to order; customers can choose from a plethora of bite-sized ingredients including barbecued chicken, prosciutto and veggies. After a short stint in the oven, cones are served hot and delicious. Already popular in Brazil, Russia and Italy, the pizzacone craze is one that’s sure to catch on in New York.
Two dessert cones (banana flambé with chocolate or mixed berries and chocolate) are also on the menu.
