Shin Thompson of the former Bonsoiree is behind this upscale West Loop New Japanese brasserie where a selection of raw and cooked dishes joins former Bonsoiree favorites; it's all served in a spartan-chic, white-and-neutral dining room with an open kitchen, seafood aquarium, marble bar and private kaiseki table à deux.
