We never even met Scott or spoke with him once. But we paid him. And he was just fine with that. He charged us 40% of our settlement and we still had to pay doctor bills after the settlement. He pays himself first out of the total award and then charges for his "expenses" and then pays the client. And not even a thank you. Not one phone call. Nothing. It's not worth it.

ARROGANT ATTORNEY: Scott Kang is an arrogant person who treats his employees like garbage, service is slow because every one is always a new employee. He doesn't ever even meet most of his clients. He runs his business like a dictatorship. We could not believe the manner in which he spoke to his assistant/receptionist,I feel that he takes advantage of Mexican people. I have nothing against him other than the fact that he treats human beings like pawns. If you ever think about hiring him and his assistant or wife meets you instead of him, its because he cannot be bothered to meet with a person. He DOES NOT speak Korean or Spanish.
