The emphasis at Kartabar is definitely the entire experience, and that includes value as well. Philippe considers every customer who walk through the door VIP. You're getting that New York City feel without the New York City prices. A grilled Filet Mignon (stuffed with Gorgonzola cheese) is just over $20, and many of the generous pasta dishes are in the $12 range.
Philippe Maatouk, the owner of Kartabar, is a larger-than-life kind of guy, and his bustling restaurant is a true reflection of his gregarious style. You won't complete a meal without a visit from Philippe!!!
