Don't Call they won't answer or return a call...LOSERS:
GM (general manager) will promise and won't deliver on time or same day for that matter. I took my jet ski in for repair and was told I could pick it up at the end of the day. Called, called and called again with no answer...LM. I wanted to confirm that my jet ski was done at the end of the day...no harm. I didn't want to make an unnecessary trip. No return call (on promise date) so the next day I called (first thing in the morning) and LM again. Well I got tired of waiting for a return call so I went to the Keego Power Sports. I was told it was done, but the GM wanted to make sure it was 100%...I know I'm lost too. I was told to come back at 4pm to pick up the jet ski. My husband calls cause he didn't understand the response I received (was suppose to be done yesterday). When I left the GM was eating lunch with his buddies and once again didn't answer the phone. If you want status as to where they are at fixing...GOOD F#*GING LUCK!! And now that I read jetskilover's dealings I'm worried I will get used parts. :( RUN DON'T WALK!! STAY AWAY!!

Dale is CON-ARTIST!! He will RIP YOU OFF!!! (and smile at you the whole time!):
Dale conveniently changed his name to "Keego PowerSports" because he has ripped so many people off that he had to!!
He puts in "used parts".....he invoices you for "internal repairs" (such as within the engine or carbuerator, because you can't prove it)....and he will take your jet ski out, along with other customers, and go on weekend trips with his friends.
I KNOW this as I used to work there. No, I am not a "disgruntled employee". I quit when I realized to what extent that he is ripping people off.....all while he flashes his fake smile at you! It was too much for me to take! I believe in "Karma" and I do believe that someday the table will turn.
