Kelly's Corner A&W

On 12-12-14 at about 2PM I walked into the A&W at Kelly's Corner, Green, OR to place an order but no one was in the area at all (much less behind the counter) I looked around and waited to see if someone would appear. No one did, and I walked to the convenience store/gas station register just feet away and asked if anyone was manning the A&W behind them. She said "there should be and , if not, there's a bell to ring someone." Went back, looked for a bell, no bell, but a counter girl named Lennia came over and she took the bell from behind her counter and onto the counter where customrers could ring her. I don't believe A$W staff should hide their bells behind the counter so they won't be bothered, nor do I believe customers should have to look for someone to take an order and that the counter should always have someone there (or at least within range of the restaurant. Both would be better.
