I became a patient of Dr. Kendra Schafer about 4 years ago. I have a long history or dental issues and was at a point that seemed hopeless. Still being young at age 40 I felt afraid and sad. A smile is something that connects us with others. It is one of the first things I notice in other people. Not only as an aesthetic issue, my teeth issues kept me limited with food intake and constant pain. A big issue for most but definitely for me as it complicated my other health issues. Dr. Schafer and her staff were amazing from day one. I began to have some hope. Dr. Schafer was patient and compassionate to my situation and listened and reassured me along the way. They were so accommodating to my needs and I never felt that I couldn't call or come in as I had at other places. She truly cares about her patients. She is a perfectionist and made sure that both her and I were completely happy with the results of her work. I was more than happy. I was ecstatic. I am able to be around others without embarrassment. I can eat normally and I am never in pain. I will always be grateful to Dr. Schafer and to everyone in her office. She truly does have the best support in all areas, front desk, assistants, and lab. She truly has changed my life!!!

Dr. Kendra Schaefer is an extremely talented dentist and I have a beautiful smile to prove it. With her knowledge and experience as a Prosthodontist, I would highly recommend her to anyone. Dr. Schaefer is kind, understanding and she truly cares about her patients. The office is very clean, calming and everyone is very friendly. Prosthodontics of Madison is an excellent dental office with an excellent dentist.

I had two visits with this dentist and was very disappointed both times. Not only was she unhelpful but each time she made an adjustment, my bite was worse and she was not willing to work with me to rectify it. I won't be going back!
