This shop is not my cup of tea, mainly because of the owner and his attitude and policies. I recommend going to Michael Becker in Park Ridge, Col Legno in Evanston or Bein & Fushi in Chicago because I value things like their superior instruments, craftsmanship, and kind customer service.
