Glad I went:
After reading all the reviews for this office I was really torn as to should I go or should I not. On the positive side it was close to my home, but on the negative there were much more bad reviews than good one. Since pain can not wait I took my chances and I am glad I did because it was nothing like I read. I went directly to the office because I was in pain, and since I have no insurance I wanted to know how much it would cost and how long I would have to wait to be able to see a doctor. The front desk was really nice, the manager came to assist me right away and since I was in crazy pain she asked me to fill out paperwork, when I asked her how much it would be she said that exam and xray would be on the house. I really couldn't believe it... especially at a doctors office in this generation. I saw doctor Martin, she was great, she explained step by step what needed to be done. I then spoke to the office manager again and she made it very easy to get my treatment, even gave me 15% off... I'm not sure what has changed in this office but I am glad it did cause I left there with 0 pain and a smile on my face... Thank you Kentlands!

Wonderful office:
I've always been a little anxious of going to the dentist. I had a toothache that I kept ignoring. I finally decided to come to Kentlands Dental Care, the doctor and the staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I didn't even feel the shot! I had such a great experience I am now going there for my invisalign.

bad dental work!!!(crown placment):
My wife had crown work done here. The original dentist left shortly thereafter. One of the crowns fell out a year later and three times since. Dr. Herdoiza attened to her during the replacements and on the last occasion I insisted that he replace it with a new one. He said ok and set up an appointment the next day. My wife went the next day. The next thing she knows, Dr.. Herdoiza is recementing the same old crown again saying that he would have to replace the one next to it for it to be right.
THIS WAS DISINGENUOUS! POOR PATIENT CARE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I'm in the process of filing complaints.
